Dollie ladies gathered around the table this week in mass to create beautiful one-of-a-kind valentines.  For what is sure to be an annual event, we poured all our creative energy into making over 150 valentines for children at UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles.  On the morning of February 14 each young patient will have his/her very own valentine brightening up their breakfast tray – each hand made with love!  Also, when volunteers from the Pacific Palisades Junior Women’s Club make their weekly visits to persons receiving Meals on Wheels, each recipient will find a colorful valentine tucked alongside their lunch!
