Dollie maker Chantal Prunier took dollies on a recent trip to schoolchildren in North Korea. She brought back to us the story that as she handed out the dollies, the children seemed totally unfamiliar with what they were supposed to do with such a thing …that when she handed them a dollie they held it out in front of them like a sign.  Slowly and patiently she demonstrated to the children how to embrace, how to hug, a dollie with loving care.  It was an emotional experience for Chantal, one she will never forget.
