Dollie lady Laure Weber is a therapist who travels the world with Doctors without Borders. Â Here is a photo she took on her recent trip to the Ukraine where she worked with children and families who are suffering in so many ways from the internal conflict.
“The dollies I brought with me serve as therapy dolls, helping to heal children who have experienced extreme trauma. This little girl lives in Eastern Ukraine and was subjected to daily shelling and bombing.  As she held her dollie close to her heart she felt a sense of comfort, which enabled her to better work through some of her sadness, fear and loss.”
